Our main mastering rooms (1 & 5) feature B&W 801 monitoring, SADiE PCD8 digital audio workstations, and Cedar restoration processors. Analogue processing includes Prism Sound and Chiswick Reach, along with custom stereo equalizers built by Barry Porter based on Trident Audio designs. Digital processing includes a TC Electronic System 6000 with MD4 stereo and surround mastering algorithms, Backdrop noise-reduction software, and George Massenburg digital EQ. Audio conversion is handled by Lucid, and Audio Design units. In addition, studio five, designed by Sir Clive Kevan, features a B&W surround sound system for 5.1 work.

Our vinyl cutting room houses a fully re-furbished Neumann VMS80 lathe, shipped from Stockholm and installed by Sean Davis. The system features an SX74 cutter head, SAL74B amplifier rack, Neumann transfer console & EQ modules, and Lexicon digital delay. Monitoring is covered by PMC, and a SADiE PCM8 workstation handles editing duties.

We also have a dedicated CDr copy-room for short runs of CDs. It allows us to combine high quality on-body print with exceptional turnaround times, and is the place to come if you need to take a few promo copies away with you. Please contact us for a quote.

And for when it’s all getting a bit much, we also have a comfortable client lounge with squashy sofas, a large TV, video games, and cold beer.
